As **Warehouse Supervisor** you will be based out of the clients site in **Horsham** and will have a team of 10 report into you.

**You can expect to have the following responsibilities**:

- Ensure all goods are received in and correctly stored
- Oversee all orders are picked, checked and loaded accurately to meet the required van departure times.
- Assist in the implementation of a new WMS alongside the Warehouse Manager and senior management team
- Being a health & safety champion ensuring team adhears to company h&s policies
- KPI management of team
- MHE - (Bendi/Flexi) / FLT / PPT licences ideally required to support the operation due to volumes and cover.

**The successful Warehouse Supervisor will come with the following skill-set**:

- Previous Warehouse experience is essential
- Ideally experience managing small team of 10+ heads in a warehousing environment
- MHE licence is ideal
- Commutable distance from site in Horsham
- £30k-34k basic salary
- Discretionary bonus scheme

- 33 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)

**Working hours available**
- Monday to Friday
- 7am-3pm or 3pm to 11pm
