We are currently recruiting for a **Quality Inspector**to work** ROTATING SHIFTS4 DAYS ON 4 DAYS OFF**to join a plastic packaging manufacturing company based in Bromborough CH62 with good transport links, free parking onsite and private medical care.
This **Quality Inspector**role is **permanent** position paying is **£23,690 per annum** working **the following shifts**:
4 days on 6am - 6pm (0600 - 1800)
4 days off
4 nights on 6pm - 6am (1800 - 0600)
As a **Quality Inspector**you will be working in a team of 4 reporting to the Quality Lead with the following responsibilities:

- To qualify molds and products
- Generation of internal specifications based on customers’ requirements
- Develops physical references to quality agreements with the customer (standards, colour ranges and/or aesthetics).
- Implements the inspections and tests required for the products.
- Control inventories and disposal of noncompliant products returned by the customer.
- Works in coordination with production and staff from service departments on
technical issues.
- Analysis of product defects for implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

**We are keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience working as a Quality Inspector or similar
- 2 years of experience in Manufacturing
- Computer skills
- High analytical level to solve complex problems
- Excellent Communication Knowledge of Statistics and Quality Tools
