We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team within a very well known, high-quality, fast paced fine dinning restaurant and tapas lounge.
Our Bartenders have an exquisite eye for detail and understand both exemplary service and the importance of working within a team. We have an extensive wine list, so our Bar staff must have a understanding of wine and a good understanding of cocktail making.
As a Bartender you will also be involved in The Copper Rivet Distillery, running and hosting distillery tours. Working closely with the distillery team.
**Requirements**:

- At least a year of previous experience in cocktail making
- Bartender experience
- Enthusiasm for cocktails and spirits
- Be confident in a busy, high end environment

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
