Rapid Time Recruit are seeking a Transport Compliance Administrator on behalf of our client in the Warrington Area.

This is a Temp - Perm position with a very estabilished company.

**Main Duties**
- Analyse driver infringements.
- Prepare and issue driver infringements.
- Document and date driver infringements.
- Interrogate the TruTac Infringements App to check and record completed signatures of infringements signed via the App.
- Preparation of reports to send to the drivers which will include Debriefing notes.
- Maintain and record holidays, leave, rest periods onto the TruTac Driver Calendar.
- Maintain Driver records: Retraining, Licence expiry and renewal dates and keep the driver calendar updated.
- Conduct vehicle fuel analysis via velocity, Shell portals and invoices.
- General Transport administration duties, data analysis and spreadsheet entry.
- Maintain and update all records for agency drivers.
- Attend and prepare minutes for the Transport Management weekly meetings.

**Must have**
- Ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
- Good time keeping.
- Hours of work will be 0900-1700 Monday to Friday.
- Minimum 1-year proven experience working in a similar role.
- Salary is 26k pa
- Employee Pension.
