Waitress/cook

Amy's is a full service catering and catering service provider in Clacton-On-Sea. We are a small, family owned business that strives to provide the highest quality of food and service to our clients. We are looking for a positive, hard-working, and enthusiastic individual who can work well with others and is willing to learn.
- Prepares food for service according to recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Food preparation includes, but is not limited to, chopping vegetables and cutting meat.
- Cooks items according to recipe specifications.
- Organizes work areas for efficient workflow.
- Follows sanitation guidelines for food preparation: uses clean utensils and utillities, follows cleanliness policy strictly, keeps work area clean, does not touch liquids or food, uses proper equipment and sanitizing techniques.
- Cleans food dishes according to standard procedures: sanitizes equipment, empties wastebaskets, cleans utensils.
- Follows instructions from supervisors and coworkers.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
