HRod Partner

**Job description**: A well-established public sector organisation in North Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a HROD Partner to join their team on a temporary basis for 5 months initially. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on site a minimum of three days per week.
- Provide technical HR advice, guidance and practical support on the development of business cases for specific change activities
- Support trade union and staff engagement consultations
- Provide pragmatic and expert advice
- Interpret all aspects of HROD policy, procedures and employment terms and conditions
- Facilitate challenging conversations and serve as a trusted change agent
- Manage multiple complex change activities ranging from staffing reductions to TUPE
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on all operational aspects of the people workstream
- Manage multiple reorganisations to deliver financial savings
- Support Managers through change
- Undertake any other such duties
