This is an opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Lead role in Wallasey & West Wirral Community Mental Health team.

This is an exciting time to be joining the team in this role as we undertake are currently undertaking a Transformation journey within the team, it is an exciting opportunity to be fully involved in this transformation and be involved in enhancing an already well established service.

This post is fixed term for 12 months due to funding.

This role will be focused on supporting patients to be move forward from CMHTs back into their local communities and support services. You will need a good knowledge of local services.

The post holder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi disciplinary framework, providing training and staff development, specialist assessment, clinical support and time limited intervention to service users.

The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly specialised communication skills and problem solving abilities.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
