**Description**

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our hospitality team as a Bar Back. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our bar by assisting the bartenders and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized at all times.
- Restocking bar supplies, including glassware, napkins, and garnishes.
- Cleaning and maintaining bar equipment, such as blenders and juicers.
- Monitoring and replenishing inventory levels of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Ensuring that proper sanitation guidelines are followed in the bar area.
- Assisting in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, including kegs and boxes of supplies.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes and mixology is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
