We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our award winning team. Our L&D team is accountable for nurturing a learning culture which encourages the growth of new skills and sharing of knowledge.
This role reports to the Learning BP (Digital and Systems) and is responsible for creating and curating multi media digital learning experiences/assets. We are looking for someone who is curious about new learning technologies and wants to explore the market to build knowledge and assess usefulness for Hymans (eg AI, VR, gamification).
**What will your role look like?**
- Using eElearning authoring tools to create and update elearning modules.
- Curating learning content from our content partners and other best in class sources.
- Supporting the Learning BP (Digital & Systems) to manage and maintain our LMS (eg uploading content, creating courses and learning plans, producing reports).
- You'll be Coaching the LD team in the use of new learning technologies.

- Working with a variety of learning mediums such as podcasts, videos, interactive PDFs, animated videos.
- Graphic design skills and creation of graphics for use on elearning modules or other learning assets.
- Use of virtual collaboration tools (eg MIRO, SLIDO, Sharepoint)
- Experience with building PowerBi dashboards would be useful but is not essential.
- Involvement in learning projects aligned to the firm’s strategy (eg, D&I, Digital, Leadership, Engagement).
- Working as part of a team to collaboratively drive new ideas
- Flexible approach and happy to work in a fluid but at times pressurised environment.
