**Location**:Eyre Court, Lincoln (5 days per week in the office)

**Salary**:£23,495 per annum

**Hours of work**:37.5 hours per week

The Orders of St John Care Trust is the 2nd largest not-for-profit care provider in the UK specialising in providing high quality, person centred care for older people, in care homes and extra care housing where people love to live and work.

Our office-based support teams are every bit as important to the smooth running of our organisation, and therefore the well-being of our residents, as the teams based in our homes and extra care housing schemes.

OSJCT are looking for a vibrant individual to come and work within our dynamic and fast-paced Customer Services team. The role is responsible for answering inbound contact from colleagues, residents, and care funders in relation to queries.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to deliver excellent service through taking responsibility for what they do. They will be able to have positive and effective conversations with colleagues and care funders by balancing assertiveness with empathy.
