**Modular Planner - Food**

**About the role**:

Then look no further Our modular, range and space team are at the ‘heart' of our business and have a key role in what our customers see in store. We require a Modular Planner to join our Food team working with the latest systems and technology, to ensure we deliver world class product layouts and ranges in our stores.

**The ins and outs**:
As a Modular Planner, you will find yourself working in a high-energy environment, identifying the most relevant data, interpreting it to ensure we deliver the right range and space by store to meet the needs of our customers. Designing layout plans to ensure the fixture is easy to shop; product availability is maintained; all rules and principles followed. You'll be working alongside the range planning analysts, buying, supply and product development teams to support their strategies ensuring the right level of engagement and support is in place to help deliver these.

**You will also**:

- Implement store plan changes, informed by business strategies, data analysis and customer insight
- Manage modular activity in line with the critical path, fulfilling all key milestones & escalating risks in a timely manner
- Deliver solutions that are in line with target metrics - sales, profit, availability, inventory and shrink/waste
- Engage with stakeholders across the business (and stores) to ensure change lands well
- Analyse and validate commercial and market data to help drive the category
- Understand the competition
- Support developing innovative ideas
- Deliver to a high standard
- Review all activity landed to capture celebrations and learnings

**What you'll need**:

- Strong analytical skills including good excel knowledge
