We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Personal Assistant with excellent communication, interpersonal, IT and organisational skills

The role will be responsible for providing assistance to the company directors so that they can fulfil their daily business and responsibilities. The role has a great impact on the company’s success and growth. You will need to be dedicated and enthusiastic to work, learn and contribute to the team effort.

You will help us with the following challenges:
▪ Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries.

▪ Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks.

▪ Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants and ensuring that tasks are followed up and dealt with in time.

▪ Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and suppliers.

▪ Data and KPI analysis and report preparation for Business Management Team.

▪ Pushing sales targets by monitoring daily KPI performance and project targets/budgets.

▪ Event-coordination such as social team events or training events.

▪ Implementing and improving of internal processes including supporting our Quality Management System (QMS).

▪ Supporting the directors in general Lifestyle tasks to support a better Work-Life-Balance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stourbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
