**Responsibilities**:

- Directing and guiding vehicle movement on construction sites or in busy areas
- Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians
- Using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to coordinate with drivers and operators
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials or equipment
- Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and procedures
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or near misses to the appropriate personnel

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of traffic management and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
