Quantity Surveyor, Bromley, New build bespoke Property**Your new company
**A SE London based main contractor working across Greater London and the South now seek an experienced Project Qs to join the team. Working on a mixture of new build residential and commercial schemes across both private and public sectors m projectsare typically in the £5 - 15 million region. With 6 current lives sites and a further 3 starting in the next 6 months, 1 imminently a new role has been created to boost the commercial team. As QS your first project would be a newbuild bespoke 15,000 sq/ftbespoke house in the east surrey area (working from the Head office in greater Bromley)
**Your new role
**As project QS you will be commercial lead for a new £5 Million Project, reporting to the commercial director. You will be office based visiting site as required working in a surveying team of 5. Key responsibilities include procurement and managementof subcontractor packages, Management of client contracts, valuations and variations, producing monthly cost value reports (cvr's), production of regular cashflow forecasts in-line with project requirements and generally ensuring the site is being run in linewith the budget and the companies interests are being protected.
**What you'll need to succeed
**You will be an experienced professional with several years in the a similar role previous. You will have worked for a main contractor on a permanent or long term freelance basis and be comfortable managing your own project commercially. This is a longterm role based in the SE London area, immediate need with some flexibility around salary and pay type depending on suitability for the role.
