**Key Worker - **ISF** - **Ballynahinch** (NI2432/07/23)**

**S**alary**: Grade 5 salary scale: £21,791 - £27,817 per annum pro rata
**Hours**: 22.5 hrs per week (including breaks). Hours are delivered flexibly over 3 days

**Location**:SET Area (Ballynahinch)

**About the service**:
***The Intensive Support Fostering Scheme is a multi-disciplinary provision by the S.E.T which aims to provide specialist foster care placements for young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

As part of this team, Extern Key Workers will provide intensive wrap around support to each young people on the scheme. The programme is creative and dynamic and will utilise a range of youth work interventions. A flexible and responsive approach is integral to the programmes delivery.
