We are looking for a part-time temporary Finance Assistant who will support the finance department with daily operations by undertaking administrative and clerical tasks as required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To print, collate, scan and process the company credit card expense
- Process of all travel invoices
- Process of petty cash as required
- Process of employee out of pocket expenses
- Assist the Purchase Accounts Controller with the entering of invoices and credit notes into Sage 2000 and reconciling supplier statements
- Provide any other administration support to the Finance function

**Qualifications & Skills Required**

**ESSENTIAL**
- Relevant qualification or training within the Finance function.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Organised and good attention to detail
- A professional 'can do' attitude and the ability to be a team player
- Understanding of how to use common industry software

Location: ACE Global Headquarters, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
