Branch Coordinator - Brentwood - Salary OTE £23-25k
This is an exciting role based in our client's most successful branch. Required is a good 'all-rounder' to complete varied duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating all admin within the department
- Conducting some duties associated with a lettings consultants role, including liaising with landlords and tenants by telephone on various topics
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times
**Requirements**:

- Solid background in lettings
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have the legal right to work in the UK

**Benefits**:

- Basic salary circa £20,000-£22,000p/a, depending on relevant experience, plus quarterly bonuses and profit share.
- Fantastic career opportunities
- Full Time, Monday to Friday,8:30am to 5:30pm. Flexibility may be required on occasion to support on a Saturday if required.
