Plant Mechanic

**Plant Fitter/Mechanic**

T. Richard Jones Ltd have a vacancy for a Plant Fitter/Mechanic.

We carry a comprehensive fleet of equipment required for our diverse activities and rarely hire plant in.

Experience in recycling and crushing/screening equipment would be an advantage.

As a Plant Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our machines are kept in working order for the sites, with efficient servicing and maintaining a variety of plant and tools within the TRJ fleet. You will be responsible for identifying and repairing any faults or damage to equipment, accurately updating service records and at times you may be required to complete repairs on sites.

Successful Applicants should demonstrate the following:

- Proven experience working as a plant mechanic/fitter role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served
- Sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Competitive salary - Negotiable depending on experience
