We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Dispatcher to join our established team in our South West London office.

**Main Duties**
- Dealing with bookings & queries
- Live dispatching of jobs to drivers
- Allocating vehicle deliveries and collection to minimise travel time between jobs
- Advising your team of delays within the working area
- Pro-active approach to you and your colleagues work
- Monitoring bookings/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time
- Communicating with management regarding driver performance and shift statistics Skills
- Professional attitude to work
- Computer Literate
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

- Professional and courteous manner
- Experience with using booking & dispatch system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ready to accept responsibility and resolve issues
- Flexibility a must
- Vehicle Rental experience preferred
- Must be extremely organised

**VERY IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF LONDON.**

**Hours**:
Monday 0700-1800 / Tuesday to Friday 0800 - 1800

Every other Saturday 0800 - 1300

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
