We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for an 8-week temporary assignment. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for tasks such as sweeping up, deliveries, and assisting other trades. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our team's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas
- Assist with deliveries, loading and unloading materials and products as required
- Provide support to other trades by helping set up work areas, moving equipment, and preparing materials
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in general labouring or a related role is preferred but not essential
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and the ability to follow instructions
- A valid driver's license (if required for deliveries)
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Duration and Compensation:

- This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 8 weeks
- Hourly pay rates are between £13.50 and £14 per hour, depending on experience and skills

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

- Norwich, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
