As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Fire Safety Advisor to support our Construction Managers in maintaining safe and compliant construction sites.

**Responsibilities**: As a Fire Safety Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Construction Managers and the Fire Safety Engineer in ensuring fire safety measures are integrated into our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in identifying and reducing possible fire-related risks on construction sites.
- Providing support in creating construction fire strategies, including designs, calculations, sketches, and diagrams.
- Assisting in incorporating fire safety procedures into project designs, considering building structure and human behaviour.
- Reviewing and providing input on the selection of construction materials to enhance fire safety.
- Demonstrating robust Construction Fire Safety arrangements to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Conducting inspections, stress testing, and tours to ensure fire safety compliance.
- Acting as a point of contact for the resident Fire Safety and Building Manager.
- Providing advice on safe building occupancy levels and construction site fire evacuation plans.
- Assisting in writing reports on Construction fire strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Technical and numerical ability to analyse fire safety aspects of construction projects.
- Basic IT skills to manage data and information related to fire safety.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address fire-related risks.
- Strong stakeholder and regulator management abilities to liaise effectively with relevant parties.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a workload in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of safety regulations and legislation.
- Effective communication skills to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate fire safety measures.
- A team player with relationship-building and influencing skills.
- A valid driving license to travel to project sites when required.
