**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process invoices and ensure timely payments as per established procedures.
- Reconcile supplier statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice and payment queries efficiently.
- Maintain precise financial records and assist with month-end processes.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk is essential, a minimum of two years required.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Capability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
