**Rate of pay**: £14.00 - £16.00 Per hour

Wentworth James Group are currently seeking an experienced Metal Plate Roller on behalf of a family run Steel Processor. As a Plate Roller, you will be responsible for setting and operating Plate Rolling machines, rolling metal from various width and thickness from 50mm - 75mm.

**Duties of the role**:

- Setting and operating plate rolling machines
- Rolling materials for customers within various sectors
- Rolling material from 50mm - 75mm
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine proper dimensions and tolerances
- Monitor the rolling process to ensure quality control and make adjustments as needed
- Proven experience as a Metal Plate Roller or similar role in metal fabrication
- Proficiency in operating plate rolling machinery and equipment
- Strong understanding of metalworking techniques and principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and precision

- Hours of work: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday - Thursday / 08:00 - 12:15 Friday
- Rate of pay: £14.00 - £16.00 Per hour
