We are seeking to expand our equestrian division workforce and are seeking a skilled and motivated equestrian buildings erector to join our team.
**What you will do**
As a Equestrian Buildings Erector, you will play a crucial role in the installation and assembly of summerhouses and outdoor structures for our clients. Your responsibilities would include:
- Reading and interpreting construction plans
- Preparing the construction site and ensuring it meets safety standards
- Assembling and installing summerhouses according to design specifications
- Utilising hand power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns professionally
**Personal Attributes & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in carpentry or construction, with a focus on outdoor structures
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
