Night Porter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Night Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty rubbish and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors as needed
- Clean and polish surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and furniture
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings
- Respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
