**Job purpose**

The role of Receptionist is to provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to our Head Office in Gloucester, either in person or over the phone. This role really sets the standard of our excellent levels of service, and we’re looking for someone to truly embody our values with a passion for top notch customer service.
This role would suit someone with a flexible, “can do” attitude who is self-motivated and strives to bring their best self to all scenarios.

Please note this role is part time, 16 hours per week (Thursday and Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00pm)

Salary
- £8,820 (£22,050 FTE)

**Key responsibilities**
- Appropriately greet all customers and visitors
- Postal duties (sending, returns, accepting deliveries)
- Answer incoming calls and transferring calls throughout departments
- Ordering consumables
- General data input, admin functions and Health and Safety filling
- Booking meeting rooms, hotels & flights
- Managing the cleanliness and tidiness of the meeting rooms and customer areas
- Couriering messages across the business
- Managing customer expectations during peak trading times

Founded in 2009, we have enjoyed consistent levels of profitable growth since inception, primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK’s #1 online worktop retailer selling over 220,000 worktops per year to our B2C consumer base.

The business recently joined the €1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding (alongside Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal), and are now looking to invest towards the future. We have significant plans to accelerate our growth over the coming years domestically and internationally, in existing and new product categories, both within Direct Online Services and also in collaboration with our Group colleagues.

Our people are a key area of investment for the business, and we are now looking for a part time receptionist to join our team and support these exciting growth ambitions, and the challenges that come with a rapidly expanding multifaceted business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: Up to £22,050.00 per year
