I am looking for 1-2 General Labourers to join my team who have a willingness to learn.

**NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED - TRAINING PROVIDED**

As a Labourer, you will perform many tasks of variety to assist with the day to day jobs which we will undertake, such as:

- Loading and Unloading Material from the Truck._
- Mix and Pour Concrete._
- Dig Trenches and Prepare Construction Sites for Work._
- Clean and Maintain Tools and Equipment._
- Assist Skilled Tradesman As Needed._

I am looking for 2 people to fill this role, please ensure you meet the requirements needed below:

- Ability to Lift Heavy Objects._
- Willingness to Work Outdoors in Various Weather Conditions._
- Ability to Follow Instruction._
- Good Timekeeping and Commitment to Work._

This job is based in Droitwich and I would ideally like someone who lives within the area or who can commute.

I would like to get someone started straight away, so training can begin.

**PAY WILL INCREASE AFTER TRAINING HAS BEEN COMPLETED**

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
