Warehouse Co-ordinator

**Role Description**:to provide support to the logístical arrangements of The Global Group of Companies including Global Heat Transfer, Global Hygiene, Warehouse General and site arrangements, whilst maintaining compliance.

**You will need**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- To be reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- FLT licence
- Full clean driving licence
- Working knolwedge of microsoft aplications

The role involves and not exhustive too:
dispatch and receipt of goods to and from our warehouse plus customer sites: manual and computerised.

order picking of product(s) and preparing for dispatch, by both manual handling and utilisation of FLT.

complying with all relevant legislation and internal working practices to include ISO 9001 and 14001

effectively operate and utilise IT and stock management systems

maintain stock oil supply and warehousing of oil products and associated tasks: rotation/decanting/loading/offloading

legislative checks on machinery, racking, ladders etc recording results and dealing with any issues as appropriate

general day to day maintenance of warehouse and site:
undertaking of ¼ stock takes across all business areas

some multi drop delivery driving

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)
