With a strong focus on providing cutting-edge software solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented tech teams and drive the development of their next generation products.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of their software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches. Your extensive software background and experience working with SaaS companies will be instrumental in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and developers, to understand business objectives, user needs, and market trends.
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Prioritise features and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and time-to-market.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and quality.
- Ensure successful product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor product performance, collect data on user behaviour, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Product Owner role, ideally in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and the product development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working with SaaS companies and a solid understanding of SaaS business models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A passion for technology, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
