**Duties**:

- Manage wholesale operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, make every effort to increase the sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee the administrative tasks related to wholesale operations, such as maintaining records, generating reports, and managing invoices.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
- Maintain organizational systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in wholesale management or a related field.
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in wholesale operations.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with customers.

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
