**Payroll Administrator**

**Position Summary**:

- Assist in processing all payroll related transactions

Suitable to an experienced administrator. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Entering timesheets onto the system accurately and on time.
- Chasing outstanding timesheets when necessary
- Assisting in calculating wage and expenses payments on a weekly basis
- Assisting with payment queries
- Answering incoming calls and actioning various inboxes
- Maintenance of various spreadsheets (Annual leave, invoicing reports etc.)
- Checking new starter forms and identification documents including Right to Work Checks
- Any other administration duties as required

Required Skills:

- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Awareness of meeting tight deadlines
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Employee benefit/insurance contributions
- Employee deductions and withholdings
- Quarterly employee benefit enrollment and disenrollment
- Hourly pay reporting
- Timecard reconciliation and processing
- Timekeeping, employee attendance, and other necessary records created for payroll processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to work with mínimal guidance or direction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
