**Kinetic ICT Solutions** based in **Mansfield** are looking for their next IT Support Apprentice to join their ever-growing team Supported by the Director of IT who has a successful track record with apprentices, you will be given all the tools to develop your skills further a build a successful career in the IT industry.

As an Apprentice you will be tasked with providing 1st and 2nd line support, maintaining and setting up hardware and software, managing the ticketing system, and much more This is the perfect opportunity to hone your skills and become a fully qualified IT Support Technician.

In this role, you’ll work towards your **Level 3 Information, Communications Technician,** delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Act as a single point of contact for users regarding IT issues and queries
- Receive, log, and manage tickets on the ticketing system
- Maintain and support networks
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting IT issues
- Maintain and set up hardware and software
- Securing connections of a range of devices

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- £11,400 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Possibility of a hybrid role

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Willingness and eagerness to learn
- Passion for IT
- Experience in a customer service role is desirable
- A logical mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
