Milk Pasteurising Operative

**A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO THE START AND FINISHING TIMES**

**Hours**:12-hour shifts over 4 days a week and set working days - will include a Saturday. Variation of early starts & late finishes

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a milk producer, processor, and distribution business based at Grassington, Skipton, in the Yorkshire Dales. This runs alongside a working dairy farm.

**As a Milk Pasteurising Operative, your role is as follows**:

- To effectively operate the day-to-day pasteurisation plants for the business.
- Complete CIP cleans on all equipment in line with current work instructions.
- Record processing information on reference/record sheets in line with current work instructions.
- Complete product testing for pasteurised products.
- Complete site hygiene testing as part of hygiene control.
- Collect & store in the lab fridge all referenced samples for external testing.
- IT computer knowledge - specifically data entry
