Job Title: Production Supervisor - Pre-cast
Location: Melton Mowbray
**Salary**: £45,000 per annum + Benefits
**Job Type**: Full Time / Permanent
The Role:
Due to an exciting new HS2 project based in the midlands my client is requiring a Production Supervisor to join their expanding team. This new role will require you to support the Production Management team to drive a Safety-First culture, provide leadershipto all Production Operatives in the Melton Mowbray facility, and specifically those in your team, and organise staff and materials to ensure business productivity and quality targets are met.
- Supervising a team in a pre-cast environment.
- Leading a team to deliver conformance to production plans (CTP), organising your people, materials, and equipment.
- Engaging subordinates in change management processes and driving a continuous improvement culture.
- Ensuring that all works instructions are followed and align with risk assessments.
- SHEQ related responsibilities including: Fire Marshal duties, extinguisher, first aid and spill kit stock checks.
- Housekeeping, including slip and trip hazard elimination in your area.
- Ensuring all quality compliance documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the development of process & product improvement.
- Supporting the business in the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14000 and 18000 accreditations.
- Completing all administrative requirements.
