Junior Buyer

**OPPORTUNITY**:
Brewster Partners are recruiting for a Junior Buyer, for a market leading food Production Company. The Junior Buyer will effectively ensure that raw material is available for the production teams whilst trying to achieve 0% waste.

**THE JOB**:

- Ensure that raw materials are available from approved suppliers to meet production demand with a target of 100% availability
- Stock taking
- Supplier Approval
- Admin support for Supply Chain
- To source new ingredients for our busy NPD Team
- Management of inbound PO's to plan, determined by the Planning and Procurement teams
- Purchase Order book management, expediting and de-expediting as required

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience in working in a buying or purchasing role
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment with short life products
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Great communication skills to all levels of stakeholders
