An established quality house builder are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician - CAD Designer to join its Design Department in Skegness,Lincolnshire.
The role:
As the Architectural Technician you must be competent in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project. You must be highly organised, be able to work to tight deadlines,
or similar. SMSTS and Construction Health and Safety Level 3 are desired but not essential.
What you will be doing:
Producing Design & Access statements and Flood Risk Assessments
Building Regulations Drawings and Specifications
Construction Drawings
Producing Bill of Quants
Requesting and reviewing quotations from suppliers
Signing off Timber frame drawings
Ordering and scheduling materials to be delivered to site
Site visits / Quality checks
Producing site programmes using Microsoft Project
Section 38 and 104 Applications
Producing Sales Plans and Conveyancing Plans
Liaising with Building Control and Warranty provider
Undertaking any additional tasks as may be reasonably required from time to time
**Location**:
This position is predominantly office based, located in Skegness and Woodhall Spa. There will be times travel to other sites will be necessary.
