Our esteemed client is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Paid Intern in Sales and Marketing. This in-person role involves engaging with customers at pre-allocated destinations across Manchester, fostering face-to-face interactions where they reside, live, or shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct face-to-face customer interactions at pre-allocated destinations in Manchester.
- Engage with individuals where they reside, live, or shop, fostering meaningful connections and promoting our client's products and services.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and achieve sales goals.
- Showcase our client's brand in a compelling manner, creating brand awareness and positive customer experiences.
- Actively promote new products, services, or promotions to customers, suggesting additional items based on their needs and preferences.
- Compiling and analysing weekly reports for insights and performance evaluation

**Training and Development**:

- Participate in comprehensive training programmes to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and marketing techniques.
- Develop a strong understanding of our client's offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
