**Arabian School of Gymnastics** is a non-profit children’s charity situated within a modern leisure centre in the famous Code Breakers town of Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The club have sole use of the

Gymnastics Hall within Bletchley Leisure Centre where the Club’s apparatus is permanently set up.

We are a well-established and friendly club training over 500 gymnasts in Preschool & Recreational

Gymnastics (gymnastics for all) alongside our successful General Gymnastics and Women’s Artistic Competitive programs.

The club supports and encourages the personal development of not only its members but its coaching team too.
- **Arabian School of Gymnastics**_ is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to fill the Full-Time role of Head of Recreational Gymnastics.

**Basic additional duties include**:

- Managing and organising the in-house badge scheme along with maintaining stock levels
- Organise several in-house recreational competitions and fundraising events each year
- Organise and run holiday programmes
- Be the first point of contact for parents surrounding questions and queries with a recreational class, competition, or event.
- Support the Head Coach with the organisation/running of displays and any other relevant events the business requires
- Attend local GG and WA competitions if required
- Any other cover within the club where needed

**Essentials**:

- Must hold a BG L2 Qualification or above (Or be a highly experienced L1 willing to obtain their Level 2 Qualification within their probation period
- Hold an enhanced DBS through BG, or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS before being appointed to the position
- Competent in using Word, Excel and Booking Systems
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- First Aid
- Hold an in-date Safeguarding Certification
- Must hold the right to live and work in the UK

**Desirable**:

- Hold a Judging Qualification on the latest Cycle
- BG Welfare Officer Status

**Personal Specification**

- Good interpersonal skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role
- Suitable to work with children
- Approachable to the children, parents and other coaches
- Must have a good command of English with good written and verbal skills
- Hold the right to live/work in UK

We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience including a workplace pension.

Please note that references will ideally be taken before the interview so that any issues can be addressed at the interview stages. Qualification Certificates and photo identification should be brought to the interview.

**Hours**: 37.5hrs per week (includes evening and weekend work)

**Wage**: £24,000.00 - £28,000.00 depending on qualification and experience.

**Holiday**: 20 days plus bank holidays - taken in hours = 150hrs per year. The holiday year runs from Jan-Dec.

**Sick Pay**: 5 days (over 12 months) only available after 12 months of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
