**About the role and our team**

Join our friendly and hardworking team as a Cook at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital

Within this role, you participate in the preparation, presentation and control of all products processed through the production unit, maintaining an effective, safe, efficient and value for money service.

Your main duties will include:

- Assist in the supervision of the catering assistants
- Undertaking detailed dietary production to meet the demands of this specialist service
- Assisting in maintaining the units cleaning and hygiene schedules
- Preparing specialist products for sale in the staff restaurant

You will be part of a culture of openness, honesty and will be supported by your colleagues and manager.

**What can this role offer me?**

You will work a rotational shift pattern covering 7:30am to 18:30pm 5 days a week, receiving an additional pay allowances for weekends worked and bank holidays.
