**The Role**:

- The Firm are looking for an ambitious Construction Associate to join their offices in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
- Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Construction department act for national developers & contractors, public bodies, education institutions and healthcare providers on a complete range of contentious & non-contentious mandates across the transport, energy, health & public sectors
- As such, you will have a varied caseload covering both contentious & non-contentious matters, including drafting contracts & agreements, assisting with disputes & risk management, documentation support and numerous forms of dispute resolution
- As an Associate, you will also assist other members of the team with their caseloads and get involved in business development
- You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Construction network
- A qualified Construction Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
