We are looking for a **BOOKKEEPER**/ **CREDIT CONTROLLER **to join our growing Groundscare, Forestry and Agricultural Machinery Dealership, based south of Birmingham.

You will also need to be a team player who can assist the office team with administrative tasks when required.

Responsibilities include:

- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into CRM software and database then filing hard copies.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Cash management
- Collecting aged debt.
- Responding to calls in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
- Reporting on debtors to line managers.
- Maintain invoice query and credit note register.
- Managing supplier payments.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Qualifications:

- Qualification in AAT, Finance, or a relevant field, level 3 or above. (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Credit Control / Bookkeeping: 1 Year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
