**B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator **HubXchange, a provider of cutting edge “Xchange” events for the Life Sciences community has an ambitious expansion plan and are now looking for a graduate Marketing Professional to join their experienced small team in London.
They work globally with senior executives from Pharma & Biotech to deliver high-level content and thought-leadership programmes in the Antibodies Therapeutics, CNS & Neuroscience, Oncology, Advanced Therapies, Genomics, CDx, Oligonucleotides and AI space.
They will provide full training and support to develop the right individual into successful B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator that will thrive in a high-paced, fun, & entrepreneurial environment.
**Key Tasks**:

- Draft and execute marketing communications campaigns to drive sales and event registrations.
- Maintain and update event websites
- Produce event publicity material, publications, signages and other printed matters.
- Assist with role out of company CRM System
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and act responsibly at all times when on company business.
- Attend events on behalf of the company as and when required.
- Support event operations and logistics on-site and resolve any problems or issues arising at the event.
- Ensure that all the necessary materials are prepared and available on-site to run the event.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 6+ Months sales experience in a marketing/digital/data role.
- Self-motivated with lots of energy & enthusiasm
- Exceptionally well organised and able to manage your own diary efficiently
- **Keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight project timeline**:

- Excited by working in a fun, fast paced, small team.
- Sociable - you will be travelling the world networking at our events
- Ambitious and keen to progress career rapidly
