We are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Analyst to join our newly developed team. This is a fully remote role with the monthly requirement to attend Salford for collaborative meetings.

**What you will be doing**:

- Administrative support throughout the recruitment process
- Supports the design, build, and run of SBS’s SAP Ariba
- Help to ensure compliance with all relevant Regulations
- Liaise with all Internal stakeholders
- Assist towards continuous improvement
- Supports the ongoing development and delivery of the Sourcing/Category Team RACI (to confirm specific roles, responsibilities, handover points and areas of joint working between the Sourcing and Category Teams)

**What you’ll bring**:

- Knowledge of procurement cycle
- Awareness of EU, Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 and incoming UK procurement legislation
- NHS/Public procurement context.
- Experience and knowledge of working with the NHS or public sector in general or a knowledge and keen desire to learn this field.
- General knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- You would need to have good attention to detail

**It would be great if you had**:

- IT literacy (experienced user of strategic sourcing tools e.g. Ariba/Jaggaer/Bravo/Atamis/ Coupa)
