**About the role**

I’m currently working on behalf of a vibrant and aspirational learning community that caters for students with a wide range of SEND including **SEMH, MLD, SLCN & ASC pupils at the communicative, higher operating end of the spectrum. **The school is looking for a full time SEMH learning mentor to join immediately until the end of the academic year, with the

**Your role will include**:

- Delivering intervention programmes to named students who have been referred by the SENCO/Year Leader
- Liaising with teachers/SENCO/Year Leaders.
- Helping students to reintegrate into lessons.
- Creating and maintaining behaviour profiles to enable behaviour targets to be set for individuals.
- Monitor targets and liaise with teachers.
- Debriefing students after incidents have occurred

**Salary**: £82.00-£92.00 per day
