**Your role and responsibilities**
The Village Vet Group are seeking a Regional Administrator to support their Central Office team. This position is remote but ideally based close to either London, Hertfordshire, or Cambridgeshire (Village Vet sites).
The role involves:

- Managing Locum bookings for Veterinarians and Nurses across the Village Vet Group, building relationships with agencies, completing necessary documents
- Working with Linnaeus People and Culture Team where required regarding queries, data reports and projects
- Involvement in managing multiple rotas of teams across the Village Vet sites, communicating changes with the team.
- To be committed and passionate about the success of Village Vet through growth and development of the business and its people. Be committed to excellence in everything we do, influence operational efficiency and performance
- Responsible for the onboarding process and associated administration, working closely with the People and Culture department and Operations Managers.

Health Plan Coordination:

- Daily reconciliation of health plans.
- Daily processing of online portal orders.
- Management of failed and cancelled plans.
- Providing support to practices on the day to management of health plans.
- Resolving client queries in regard to the health plan

You will have:

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent inter-personnel skills along with good written and verbal skills
- Ability to coordinate and complete projects
- Knowledge of Practice Management systems and Cascade package is preferred. Training will be provided
- Ability to work unsupervised or in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment.

Rota: 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
