**Role**:
**This role is office based in Birmingham City Centre.**
**Hours and days**:
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Friday 8.30am - 3.35pm
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- To be a professional and effective telemarketer.
- To understand and to reach key objectives and targets of the project.
- Work towards KPI’s
- Upselling
- b2b Telemarketing
**Skills and experience**:
- Must be fluent in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in a B2B or sales environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good organisation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
