We are actively recruiting a highly skilled Painter / Decorator who will be required to work in the Midlands areas for Elite Maintenance. Elite Maintenance are a property maintenance/ defects repair company based in Staffordshire and covering various areas.

We specialize in Fire, Flood, impact repairs and also general repairs for major house builders in many regions and have an excellent reputation in our field (we do not work in voids or HA repairs).
- Completing repairs to domestic properties to a very high standard
- Experience of working in occupied properties.
- Skill sets should include painting and decorating and must cover all disciplines including paper hanging.
- At least three years experience as a Painter / Decorator
- An eye for detail
- Full driving licence
- The ability to work on your own and as part of team
- Be smart and presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- The hours of work are Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.00 plus travel.
- Competitive Salary DOE
- You will be provided with a tablet and uniform
- A vehicle will be provided and fuel costs covered during work hours

- Monday to Friday
