**Job description**

**JOB DESCRIPTION - Bar Steward (Full Time and Part Time Vacancies)**

Overall Purpose of Job:
To be part of the F&B team running an effective and efficient operation of the bar and catering operations. Serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Immediate start_

**Main Duties**:

- Assist in the front of house operations delivering bar and food items daily.
- Pro-actively promoting bar and food sales.
- Ensuring that customers are served promptly at the bar.
- Assisting with all aspects of food and beverage at Dukes Meadows: private parties, events, functions, tournaments and other events.
- Maintaining procedures and checklists for all Health and Safety aspects, EHO visits, cleaning routines, and opening and closing checklists.
- Clearing and cleaning the bar, café and all club house areas, including the terrace in a timely manner. Keeping workspaces tidy.
- Assisting with the bar daily takings and reconciling all cash/monies with till reports.
- Other duties as instructed by the club management from time to time.

Industry: Food and Beverages

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - 45 hours**

**Job Types: Part time, Permanent - Weekend Only**

Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 7:45am-10:00pm (Flexible Hours)

Sat-Sun: 7:45am-8pm (Flexible Hours)

Events: Overtime Pay Available

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
