£30,000-£40,000**

**Our client is a global leading automation & technology solutions provider, working within the food, FMCG, e-commence and automated distribution industries.**

**Due to global growth in Ecommerce and automation in food distribution, along with securing significant automation projects, amongst multiple clients in the UK, they are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team.**

**A role that will provide fantastic stability and opportunities to grow within a recently formed joint business venture, that has the backing of a multi-billion PLC company.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers on monitoring projects on a Gantt Chart, tracking pending orders and chasing purchase orders
- Tracking individual tasks and reports on compliance for projects
- Take minutes from meetings to be provided to project managers
- Assist with status reports
- Actual project cost reporting (WIP) on a weekly basis and predictions on costs to projects/changes
- Determining freight routes and supplier offerings
- Provide local support for UK and European sourcing of materials and liaise with procurement team
- Assist project managers in determining resource schedule/plan for installs by contractors
- Tracking of BOM deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure that they are on track
- Assist in managing supplier method statements for site installations

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Must be good with calculations, costings, financial acumen
- Collaborated with clients in manufacturing
- Able to influence, engage and communicate effectively with multiple business levels
- Be highly details, accurate and analytically minded
- Worked with Gantt Charts
- Knowledge of freight planning and project logistics would be good
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Role would suit either a graduate that wants to get into project engineering or someone that has experience and wants to progress their career into project management
- Ideally Degree qualified in engineering or business
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, MS Projects, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of BOM's beneficial
