If yes, we have a Training Coordinator position in our TLGN Operations Learning Team

You will be based at Hornsey Training Academy, reporting to the Head of Operational Training, your role will be to support and co-ordinate the Operations Learning teams on both Great Northern and Thameslink routes in the planning of resources, facilities and delivery of Driver training courses.

Your main responsibilities will be to successfully start-up and conclude Driver training courses through timely planning and coordination of resources such as: Medical and Psychometric test results, uniforms, drivers equipment, training portfolios, signing on-sheets, and attendance tracking, to plan, update & maintain electronic tracking & ordering systems to ensure that the assignment, progress and conclusion of driver learning programmes meet the business requirements and predicted productivity timescales, to ensure planned operations learning programmes are fully equipped and resourced including accommodation, preparation of training materials, media, electronic devices and records prior to course delivery
- Good Information Communication Technology skills (incl. Microsoft office software)
- Excellent Organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Having a good knowledge of the function of the Operations Department
- Ability to build effective relationship with stakeholders
